Sifted system - Vibrating
We offer a complete series of sieves for pelleted feed up to 25 t / h, as well as biomass and pellets to 10 t / h. 
The sieves are made of thick plates mounted on at least four levels in a support structure. 
The inlet and outlet of the Vibro-sieves is used on the elastic cloth, and all hatches are sealed with rubber or rubber seals, making the device completely dustproof. 
Vibro-sieves are made with a double system for screening for separating the lumps and other larger structures. 
Prosttoto drive to build Vibro-sieves allows users themselves to install them, but we recommend supervision. The machine is operated by one person, but it does not need constant supervision.

Drying up to 3000 kg / h Technical characteristics dryers
Our offer includes drying plants with a capacity of 500 kg to 3000 kg / h of sawdust humidity to 55%. 
Drying of bran with a capacity of 9 t / h based on 3 dryers.

The dryer consists of the following components:
- furnace, burner and a fuel holder (pellets, biomass, wood chips);

Cooler 2OCP Technical information

Unlike previous models, the LG series is completely redesigned and re-designed specifically for timber and has the following innovative features:

These advantages have created a proliferation of boilers with automatic feeding, allowing heating of buildings with limited costs using the minimum amount of granulated sawdust as fuel.

Using pellets is practice for years in northern regions of Canada, which is one of the first countries where the pelletizing was used for the recovery of a large quantity of chips produced by sawmills.

Not always installing a production line for wood pellets is convenient:
